Introduction to Game Design is for gamers in 6th through 12th grades and focuses on 2D-based flash video games.

This introductory course focuses on videogame development, animation, and level design. Students will learn how to use great software such as Adobe Flash, Photoshop CS4, and other computer software to develop video games!

At the end of the two-week session, students will take home their very own completed flashed based videogame that they can share with their friends and family anywhere in the world!

At the video game camp you will:

* Learn the basics of what it takes to make a game.

* Gain the skills necessary to design and develop flash-based video games!

* You'll create your game with Adobe Flash and Photoshop graphic software packages!

* Learn about the importance of both technology and art design in the development of games!

* By the end of the camp you'll become familiar with the history of the videogame and animation industries!


Established in 2003, we are the Premiere Summer Video Game Design Camp in the tri-state area!

Our campers go home with a completed video game that they can share with friends and family all across the world!
