10,000 people? And you're posting this as a good thing? How about you tell the people what is really going on:

1) LONG lines. ONE booth accepting cash sales and FIVE credit card booths. you make people wait HOURS to get in and then there is NOTHING for us to do. You clearly can not handle a crowd of this size.

2) You promised us "nearly 100 videogames on free play" We might have gotten 30 at the most.

3) We were told that the lower level gaming halls WERE NOT SETUP due to time and crowd issues.

4) POOR COMMUNICATIONS. Your signs all say one thing but when I asked where that particular listed exhibit is/was I was told that "I don't know" or "we had to cancel that".

5) I was excited to see the video games musuem but when I finally found it was nothing but a SMALL TABLE with old video game items thrown on it. No explanation of what the item is or when it came out, etc etc. another let down

I could go on and on.. needless to say I am VERY let down and will not be attending your expo next year. I am not the only one saying this either.

I am sorry to have to post this but my time and money is very valuable and I feel that I wasted BOTH of them today.

Well I was here last year and if there were 100 people in that room at anyone time it was a lot. This year I was very excited to see the added activities on the website prior to the event. I am very excited to see the number of attendees, but as with most things of this nature there were some problems.

1. Next year try to arrange the space in the large hall better to accomate and facilitate flow of people.

2. You absolutely have to come up with a better way to print a schedule. The one in the Game trader was franlky very poor and inadequate. I would suggest printing up one in black and white to allow people to circle or highlight things they want to see. Also the program was not only extremly unclear as to what some of the things were, but where they were was a bit of a mystery. Lastly, some of the things mentioned ie: the screening of the movie Postal, was not on the schedule AT ALL!!!! To the unobservant (webpage) it would seem that the only thing going on was the main room. I came here from New York and paid for 2 nights in a hotel. Not sure I would think its worth it next year if it doesnt improve. While I think you have a really great thing here, I think there is room for making it even better.

3. Set up some panels throughout the day to give people something to do besides wander around the main room. I know you had a Game Developers Summit and discussions for people interested in the game industry (for extra charge). Some free discussions panels throughout the day will add to the experience and allow for some interactive discussions and learning.
Some examples of panels are:
-What it takes to be a Pro Gamer
-Online Gaming leagues, things you need to know (you could possibly get people that participate in these leagues and possibly an admin in a league such as CAL to come and chair this panel).
-Building your own computer - Hints and tips.
-Game Journalism - You did such a panel for this last year it was great
-Politics of gaming clans

These are a few ideas, I am sure more could be brought up.

Lastly is there an email of someone from the staff that I might be able to contact with some of this. I might be able to help with some of the aforementioned panels if you choose to try and do more of that next year. I however cant make alot of meetings because I do live in NY and the commute here can be a bit troublesome.

Thanks
